Job Summary

  • You will lead all aspects of operations for seven Johnson & Johnson Institutes laboratories in the United States while driving outstanding clinical simulation practices across a global network of 24 Institutes.
  • This role also drives global guidelines across the Johnson & Johnson Institute Network, comprising 24 Institutes worldwide, including the development of high‑fidelity clinical simulation models, guidance on innovative lab infrastructure, and the creation and deployment of biosafety protocols and procedures.
  • Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8–10 years of experience leading a laboratory or clinical simulation environment
  • 5 years of people leadership experience
  • Experience establishing and operating multiple clinical or training lab facilities strongly preferred
  • Proven organizational change experience
