Job Summary

  • This role supports one of the largest private networks in the world connecting clients globally to over 1,500 exchanges.
  • The team provides 24/7 reactive support and proactive analysis to ensure uninterrupted client access to market data infrastructure.
  • Candidates will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time to align with global operational needs.

Salary

Base: 95,000 - 140,000 USD Annual; Bonus: Incentive compensation (exempt roles only); Benefits: Comprehensive plan including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

Must-have

  • 5+ years Network Operations Engineer experience
  • MPLS BGP OSPF IGMP PIM routing expertise
  • Troubleshooting stock exchange connectivity issues
  • Managing third-party ISP and telecom vendors
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Grafana Splunk monitoring dashboards
  • Understanding of financial markets technologies
  • Knowledge of multicast deployments MVR
  • Experience with Python automation tools
  • Familiarity with AI assisted coding platforms
