Liquid cooling or thermal systems experience
Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions
Six Sigma methodologies and ISO 9001 standards
Eight Disciplines Problem Solving (8D) proficiency
Customer complaint resolution and RMA management

Bilingual Mandarin and English skills

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Industrial & Quality Engineering
5+ years of experience with liquid cooling or thermal systems
5+ years of experience in customer support and relations roles
5+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with copper, aluminum, and coolant fluids
