Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, acting as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries.
Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile forecasts.
Supports customer requests for quotes and pricing, coordinates material returns, and monitors progress from initial contact to final resolution.
