The Associate Director PK is responsible for leading the design, execution, and interpretation of pharmacokinetic strategies to support drug discovery and development programs.
This role requires supervising a team of Principal and Senior PK Scientists while ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance in studies conducted at external CROs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Ph.D. in Life Sciences discipline
8+ years industry experience in PK/PD
Proficiency in PK/PD and PBPK software
Strong understanding of ADME and translational science
Experience managing Principal and Senior scientists
Nice-to-have
Experience with omics data integration
Machine learning or AI-enhanced modeling skills
Experience across multiple therapeutic areas
Experience with various drug modalities
Ability to influence at all organizational levels
Key Requirements
Ph.D. required in Pharmacokinetics or related field
Minimum 8 years of industry experience in PK/PD
Proven leadership experience managing senior scientific teams
