The Client Voice Officer will support the IRC's Resettlement Asylum and Integration programmes by ensuring refugees meaningfully influence programme design and delivery.
Key responsibilities include strengthening the Community Advisory Board, coordinating a new psychosocial photography programme for youth, and embedding client voice into all stages of programming.
The role requires a commitment to refugee rights, strong safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams including Advocacy, M&E, and Communications.
