Salary
Base: $140,000 - $295,000 USD Annual; Bonus: Incentive compensation available for exempt roles; Benefits: Comprehensive plan including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) +match, life insurance, and wellness programs
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years product management experience
5+ years managing product teams
API platform and developer experience expertise
Strong understanding of developer workflows
Experience with REST, streaming, and SDKs
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in technical or business field
Background in software or data engineering
Deep knowledge of financial markets
Experience building third-party developer ecosystems
Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and agentic workflows
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6+ years in product management or technical leadership
5+ years leading cross-disciplinary groups
Proven track record launching API or data platform products
