Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in talent acquisition
  • 8+ years of people management experience
  • Experience leading and managing global recruiting teams
  • Comfortable interfacing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to recruit and source at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly responsive with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Social media and employer branding experience
  • Strong recruiting data and analytics expertise
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in recruiting
  • Understanding of People & Culture practices
