Key Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in talent acquisition
8+ years of people management experience
Experience leading and managing global recruiting teams
Comfortable interfacing with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to recruit and source at all levels
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly responsive with a positive attitude
Flexibility and adaptability
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
