8-10 years of experience in Total Rewards
Strong quantitative modelling skills
Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Working knowledge of pay equity frameworks
Advanced Excel including macro development
Nice-to-have
Background in Statistics or quantitative disciplines
Experience with Workday and Power BI
Strong program and change management capability
Key Requirements
Master’s degree from a Tier-1 institution
MBA/PGDM in HR, Analytics, or related field preferred
