Transamerica Corporation is seeking a Senior State Filing Analyst to manage the compliance and regulatory aspects of their annuity, life, health, and property & casualty products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in regulatory experience, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Summary

  • Creates, analyzes and evaluates annuity, life, health and/or P&C policies, riders, endorsements, certificates, letters and other required documents which accurately reflect the principles of the company and the various marketing groups for which the annuity, life, health and/or P&C products are developed.
  • Researches and applies new and existing state laws and regulations, drafts policy forms, riders and endorsements, and develops form variations required by specific states.
  • Works well in a team, with actuaries, product attorneys, account executives, marketing specialists, and trains and mentors the development of new employees.
