Job Summary

  • This leadership role is a critical partner to the SVP, Infrastructure and Production Engineering (IPE), driving the operational cadence, strategic execution, and cross-functional alignment of the IPE organization.
  • Responsibilities include designing and running the Cloud Infrastructure Rhythm of Business, driving accountability on cloud and operational outcomes, tracking and communicating progress, and leading internal communications.
  • The role requires a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and experience with FinOps or cloud cost optimization, enabling you to connect business strategy with technical and financial realities.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $255,000 USD - $382,400 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $215,300 USD - $382,400 USD; If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $226,600 - $340,000 USD

Key Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience
  • 1-3+ years in a senior leadership or executive-facing role
  • Experience with infrastructure, platform, SRE, or cloud operations teams
  • Experience with FinOps or cloud cost management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and strategic information
