Job Summary

  • Lead and coach a team to develop, maintain and implement the firm’s compliance framework, embedding technology to enhance efficiencies and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Act as primary support to the firm’s MLCO in developing and applying AML/CFT and CPF policies and procedures, and managing relationships with the Jersey and Guernsey Financial Services Commissions.
  • Responsible for the preparation, review, and submission of regular reporting to regulators, managing regulatory visits, and responding to consultation papers.
