Job Summary
Lead and coach a team to develop, maintain and implement the firm’s compliance framework, embedding technology to enhance efficiencies and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Act as primary support to the firm’s MLCO in developing and applying AML/CFT and CPF policies and procedures, and managing relationships with the Jersey and Guernsey Financial Services Commissions.
Responsible for the preparation, review, and submission of regular reporting to regulators, managing regulatory visits, and responding to consultation papers.
