Must-have

  • 7 to 10+ years CNC machining experience
  • 3, 4, and 5-axis mill and lathe programming
  • Mastercam or similar CAM software proficiency
  • Haas and/or FANUC control operation
  • SolidWorks 2023 for tooling and fixturing
  • GD&T interpretation and blueprint reading
  • AS9100 quality standards compliance

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with ProShop or JobBOSS ERP systems
  • Digital job tracking and routing familiarity
