Job Summary

  • Carry out the Front Office Manager and/or Assistant Front Office Manager’s instructions related to organisation, implementation and planning in order to ensure that the Front Office Department functions flawlessly.
  • Monitor the payments for individual reservations, control the forms and reports completed during his/her shift, and organise the shift and ensure order.
  • Deliver the best services and encourage colleagues in this respect, in awareness of the role that the services offered to guests play in the sales and marketing of the facility.
