The Regional Manager, WA and SA is responsible for the overall health, performance, and readiness of EatClub’s WA and SA marketplace, playing a critical part in shaping supply quality, driving retention, and turning city-level insight into consistent, sustainable performance.
This role involves leading, coaching, and developing the WA and SA Account Management team, setting clear expectations around performance, quality, and execution standards, and acting as the senior escalation point for complex venue or commercial issues.
Success looks like low churn and strong venue retention across WA and SA, consistently high-quality, well-structured deal inventory in priority postcodes, and a high-performing, engaged Account Management team.
