  • Employees must be comfortable driving a company van to transport behavioral residents to medical appointments while also working on the floor as a caregiver.
  • The role requires maintaining confidentiality of protected health information and reporting all changes in resident conditions or incidents immediately.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Valid AZ Caregiver Certification required
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License required
  • Comfortable driving company van for appointments
  • Experience with behavioral residents
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds

Nice-to-have

  • Strong communication skills with nursing staff
  • Ability to create a warm and calm environment
  • Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
  • Proficiency in using PCC software systems
