Key Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree
  • 4–6 years of construction experience
  • Detailed knowledge of construction
  • Ability to apply basic engineering/problem-solving principles

  • Able to create and lead schedules
  • Ability to formulate and administer subcontracts
