Baker Hughes is seeking a Wireline Tractor Field Specialist to manage field operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality wireline tractor services. The role requires technical expertise in electronics, mechanical operations, and leadership capabilities, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Job Summary
As a Field Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering safe, reliable, high quality wireline tractor and mechanical intervention services for Baker Hughes (Altus Legacy).
You will be responsible for demonstrating advanced competency in electronics with the ability to independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues on all Baker (Altus) tractor and mechanical tools.
In this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns: 15 days on, 6 days off – 12 hours / day.

Key Requirements
Engineering degree / Technical Diploma
3+ years of directly related wireline tractor experience
Valid CDL Class A Driver’s License
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated accountability
Flexible ability to travel and work in other districts
