Service Stream is seeking an experienced Trades Assistant (Mechanical or Electrical) to join our Utilities team in Brisbane, supporting water and wastewater infrastructure.
This full-time role provides the chance to be part of a new contract from the outset, helping to establish new ways of working and offering competitive remuneration under an enterprise bargaining agreement.
The Trade Assistant supports electrical and mechanical trades in performing maintenance and installations, liaising with clients, completing documentation, and engaging with external stakeholders.

Reactive, corrective, and programmed maintenance
Hands-on support and equipment operation
Warehouse duties and after-hours maintenance
Liaising with clients on operational activities

Key Requirements
Experience in similar role within the water industry (Desirable)
Experience in similar role or as TA in maintenance
JSEA and associated HSE documentation completions
National Licence to perform High Risk work (Desirable)
