Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Digital data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with SAS, SQL, R, Python
  • Campaign measurement and segmentation
  • Integration with 3rd party analytics tools
  • Design and execution of analytical solutions

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with attribution modeling and A/B testing
  • Knowledge of credit card and consumer finance industry
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with GA360, Adobe/Omniture, CM360
  • Hands-on statistical tools for segmentation and clustering

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field
  • 7+ years analytics experience with 3+ years progressive experience
  • 2+ years experience with statistical and visualization tools
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Drug test, background check, and fingerprinting required
