Manages a team that works closely with customers to demonstrate and introduce new technologies at customer sites, through Demos, on site evaluations, Joint Development Programs and new tool qualifications.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optoelectronics, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering
Proven track record working with TSMC
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
