  • Manages a team that works closely with customers to demonstrate and introduce new technologies at customer sites, through Demos, on site evaluations, Joint Development Programs and new tool qualifications.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optoelectronics, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering
  • Proven track record working with TSMC
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
