Job Summary
Ensure team members, managers, and leaders have access to learning experiences that enable them to perform their job responsibilities effectively and grow their capabilities.
Develop training matrices, curricula, and assignments in compliance with West, customer, and/or regulatory requirements, and ensure learning activities are captured appropriately in the learning management system (LMS).
Support programs and initiatives to enhance team member, manager, and leader capabilities, including new hire orientation, and serve as a coach to site trainers.
