Job Summary

  • Ensure team members, managers, and leaders have access to learning experiences that enable them to perform their job responsibilities effectively and grow their capabilities.
  • Develop training matrices, curricula, and assignments in compliance with West, customer, and/or regulatory requirements, and ensure learning activities are captured appropriately in the learning management system (LMS).
  • Support programs and initiatives to enhance team member, manager, and leader capabilities, including new hire orientation, and serve as a coach to site trainers.
