Job Summary
Work on multiple transactions and with multiple project teams simultaneously on all critical aspects of transactions, ranging from client development and initial opportunity evaluation to transaction strategy and execution.
Oversee the appointment and subsequent management of due-diligence advisers, supporting the drafting of scopes, reviewing all proposals, onboarding advisers and then managing the various due-diligence workstreams on a given transaction in parallel, including reviewing draft reports and ensuring key findings are reflected in the financial model as required.
