This role requires strict adherence to PACS Therapy Best Practices, Medicare guidelines, and State Practice Acts without providing direct patient care except in emergencies.
The position involves interfacing with other regional professionals to ensure survey excellence and operational compliance across the assigned region.

Reviewing iQIES Violation Reports for outliers
Supporting facility mock surveys and plans of correction

Experience with acquisitions and program conversions
Collaboration with regional nursing and administrative teams
Ability to assist with CERTs and ALJ hearings defense
Mentoring new Directors of Rehabilitation on utilization
Participation in Value Based Care Solutions reporting
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP (Master's/Doctorate preferred)
Active license as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care
Must obtain RAC-CT Credential within one year of hire
