Must-have
Application support for authentication platforms
Handle BAU, Incidents, emails, alerts
Manage and mentor regional L1/L2 teams
Federated Identity management/SSO using SAML
WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss, Apache Server, IIS
UNIX servers and shell scripting
Google GCP environments using GKE

Key Requirements
10+ years for an AVP providing hands on IT support
ITIL v3 foundation certification
