Building fault finding experience
Planned and reactive maintenance
Carry out building inspections
Liaison and supervision of subcontractors
Health and safety responsibilities
Nice-to-have
Basic plumbing/mechanical and electrical experience
Ability to use initiative
Willing to be part of an on call rota
Key Requirements
Experience as a Building Fabric engineer or handyman
Training in or experience of General H&S Regulations
