The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking an Associate Athletics Director for Facilities & Event Management to oversee the operations and management of athletic facilities and events. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or a related field, along with at least three years of relevant experience, preferably in a collegiate or professional athletics setting

Job Summary

  • The Associate AD for Facilities & Event Management will serve as a member of the Athletics Leadership Team and provide oversight for all aspects of the athletics facilities, daily operations, game day event management and capital projects.
  • This position is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and custodial services for multiple athletics facilities, including the Jack Stephens Center, Hatcher Wrestling Center, Hogan Field, Coleman Sports Complex, and Donaghey Student Center Natatorium.
  • The role requires strong management, organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively with diverse constituents.
