This role plays an integral part in supporting various processes that facilitate conversion plans that onboard to our client’s platform.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience, and provide exceptional service to plan sponsors.
Ensure collaboration with all internal teams to meet expected timelines and support the creation and maintenance of written operating procedures.

Must-have
Review and record asset transfers
Settle mutual funds, stable value funds, and ETFs
Perform reconciliations of invested assets
Update and maintain client data in CRM
Collaborate with internal teams
Support operating procedure creation
