Job Summary

• The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager serves as both a strategic builder and operational lead, responsible for advocating for and delivering on increasing equity and inclusion across the entire employee lifecycle and throughout Oscar's People policies and processes.
• This role is the primary engine behind the programs and initiatives that ensure Oscar's commitment to diversity and inclusion translates into measurable outcomes and a truly equitable culture.
