Job Summary
Specializes in the promotion of optimum cardiopulmonary function and health, applying scientific principles to prevent, identify, and treat acute or chronic dysfunction of the cardiopulmonary system.
Develops and implements effective care plans, patient-driven protocols, disease-based clinical pathways, and disease management programs according to evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
Embraces the interdisciplinary care model, stays aware of changes, participates in data collection or auditing, and understands Quality Improvement.
