Job Summary
Responsible to provide competent patient care assigned by RN and plan of care, understanding the hospice philosophy and comfortable providing specialized care to the terminally ill.
Demonstrates effective communication skills, verbally and in written documentation, per agency, state, federal and accrediting organizations, within the assigned time frames.
