The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established standards and policies.
Essential duties include performing routine and unscheduled maintenance, coordinating with nursing services, and ensuring the facility and equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort.
