Job Summary

  • The position requires flexibility to work a rotating 24-hour roster including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary

Base: $1,150 per week; Benefits: Superannuation + NFP salary packaging; Remote Allowance: Additional $350 annually

Nice-to-have

  • Local knowledge of Alice Springs
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Full unrestricted driver license
  • Trauma-informed practice experience
  • Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander identity

Key Requirements

  • Certificate II, III or IV in Community Services
  • Minimum six months' support work experience
  • National police history check clearance
  • Clearance to work with children/vulnerable people
  • Referee checks required before starting
