Job Summary

  • As a Mobile Youth Worker, you will walk beside young people who are in care or have recently left care, helping them build stability, independence and a sense of hope for their future.
  • This is an outreach-based role where you will spend most of your time in the community, meeting young people where they feel safe and supported.
  • NFP salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 tax free and an additional $2,650 Entertainment Benefit are offered, along with flexible working arrangements and a supportive team environment.

Salary

SCHADS Level 4; Benefits: NFP salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 tax free and an additional $2,650 Entertainment Benefit, Employee Assistance Program, Financial, retail and lifestyle discounts, Discounted health and fitness programs, Up to 8 weeks of leave per year, 12 weeks parental leave, Up to 5 days paid leave per year

Key Requirements

  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check required
