Job Summary

  • The Human Resources Manager is a strategic and hands-on HR leader responsible for driving a strong employee experience, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture, and ensuring HR practices align with RLS business objectives.
  • This role will support approximately 80 employees globally, with the majority based in Hazelwood, MO, and a small population of team members located internationally (UK, Europe, Japan, and Australia).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR)
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments
  • Strong experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and leader coaching
  • Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and tactically
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday and ADP preferred)
