Job Summary
You are responsible for the delivery of the full suite of property management services in accordance with Charter Hall policies/procedures, for assets under your management.
Work collaboratively with the Asset Manager and the Capital Works / Operations Manager to develop strategic asset plans for the property, focussing on the asset positioning, leasing, capital works and marketing strategies.
