As a "People Advisory Partner", you’ll provide HR/ER advisory support to managers and lead the local implementation of organizational change initiatives.
Your goal / purpose will be to ensure that enterprise and sector / practice group people priorities are embedded effectively, risks are managed, and managers are equipped to lead their teams through transition.
