Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years multidiscipline HR experience
2+ years HR Generalist or Business Partner role
Employee relations and conflict resolution expertise
Proficiency in PeopleSoft HRIS system
Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
Nice-to-have
Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
PHR/SPHR certification
Experience in hybrid work environments
Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills
Ability to mentor new team members
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, social sciences, business, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in multidisciplinary HR environment
Minimum 2 years as HR Generalist or Business Partner with ER focus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PeopleSoft
