The Resource Planner facilitates creation of the Frontline installation resource strategy and implements it through resource allocations.
He/She ensures the efficient and optimized utilization of installation resources.
He/she manages the pools of resources in close collaboration with Delivery Operations Managers, Project Managers and Installation Supervisors, making sure that resources are allocated proactively on the jobs.
