Job Summary

  • The Chassis Quality Engineer owns quality performance for chassis and underbody systems on Orion-built vehicles and acts as the primary liaison between Engineering, Supplier, and Manufacturing to ensure vehicle quality and reliability.
  • This role leads problem solving, control plan execution, supplier and plant issue resolution, and BIQ compliance from incoming material through final verification.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related Engineering
  • 5+ years manufacturing or quality engineering experience
  • Must be able to report onsite five days per week
  • No GM immigration sponsorship provided
  • Experience with automotive chassis systems preferred
  • Graduate degree and certifications preferred
