Job Summary
The Sr. Manager/Associate Director will serve as a Program Manager for JAPAC Medical teams, partnering with Country Medical Directors and Field Medical teams on medical strategy development and execution.
This role will facilitate the delivery of JAPAC Medical Plans, support Long Range Planning and Annual Operating Planning, and ensure timely and budget-aligned delivery of results.

Key Requirements
6-9 years experience (Sr. Manager)
10-12+ years experience (Associate Director)
Bachelor's degree required
Advanced degrees (Master's, PhD, PharmD) are a plus
Pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry experience
Drug development experience within Medical Affairs preferred
