Must-have
9+ years engineering experience in aircraft interiors
Proven background in technical program management
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and BOMs
Experience with STC or cabin modification projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Engineering or PMP certification
Conversational French and/or German language skills
Familiarity with digital design tools and PLM software
In-depth knowledge of FAA/EASA regulatory frameworks
Experience with seat-module integration and IFE systems
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering required
9+ years of engineering experience in aviation roles
