Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years implementing RCM and CbM/PdM methods
  • Experience with BAS, energy management, and CMMS systems
  • Root cause failure analysis and lifecycle costing expertise
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression
  • Condition-based maintenance using vibration and thermography

Nice-to-have

  • Strong data analytics and capital planning capabilities
  • Multi-disciplinary project system integration experience
  • ISO9001 and ISO5501 management system background
  • Ability to analyze incomplete data sets effectively
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring abilities

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years implementing RCM and CbM/PdM methods
  • BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Certified Reliability Leader (Preferred)
  • Level 2 thermography/vibration/ultrasound certification (Preferred)
