Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary connection between the hospital and regional Emergency Medical Services (EMS) agencies, strengthening partnerships and improving patient handoff processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Emergency Department leadership, clinical teams, and external EMS organizations to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care across the continuum.
  • Leverage clinical expertise from either a Registered Nurse (RN) or EMS professional (Paramedic) to support prehospital integration, patient care, and emergency preparedness.
