The O'Berry Neuro-Medical Treatment Center is seeking a Health Care Technician II to serve as a Home Life Support Assistant, primarily responsible for daily care and operational needs in a group home setting for adults with neurocognitive disorders. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have experience in direct care, particularly with individuals who have complex medical and behavioral needs

Job Summary

  • The Home Life Support Assistant (HLSA) is responsible for assisting the Floor Shift Nurse Supervisor with basic daily operational needs of the Group Home.
  • This position is responsible for placing orders for supplies necessary for resident care and ensuring clothing needs of the residents are met.
  • Residents served are older adults with complex medical and neurocognitive disorders, significant developmental delays, and intellectual deficits.
