Must-have
Extensive experience managing employee relations across Europe
Solid knowledge of European labour laws and employment regulations
Proven track record leading complex sensitive ER matters
Experience managing interactions with Works Councils and Trade Unions
Ability to conduct investigations in a global matrixed organization
Nice-to-have
Multilingual fluency in English and another European language
Strong presentation and training skills for managers
Experience with ER case management solutions and data analytics

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
CIPD qualification preferred
