Must-have

  • Solid knowledge of European labour laws and employment regulations

  • Experience managing interactions with Works Councils and Trade Unions
  • Ability to conduct investigations in a global matrixed organization

Nice-to-have

  • Multilingual fluency in English and another European language
  • Strong presentation and training skills for managers
  • Experience with ER case management solutions and data analytics
  • Deep cultural awareness navigating distinct EMEA labour landscapes

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • CIPD qualification preferred
  • Specific experience in France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain
