Key Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a managerial or supervisor capacity
Environmental services/maintenance in a unionized environment
Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent
Knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, emergency)
Knowledge of housekeeping, laundry and maintenance practices
Willing to enroll in the Property Admin Certificate (PAC) program
