Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of recent payroll experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance preferred
• Experience with Namely HRIS and Payroll platforms strongly preferred
• Experience with payroll tax and sales tax compliance
• Familiarity with CA and WA payroll laws
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Proficient in Notion or other project management tools preferred
