Job Summary

• This role is responsible for leading all environmental, health, and safety and engineering operations within the site, ensuring compliance with global and local requirements and effective execution of engineering projects.
• The position requires understanding manufacturing, packing, and warehouse technology, industry standards for Project Management, and EHS local and corporate standards to translate business strategies into engineering and EHS objectives.
• Key responsibilities include leading the EHS and Engineering team, managing site safety, capital projects, automation/OT/IT infrastructure, utilities/facilities maintenance, and driving continuous improvement.

• 10 years in Engineering, R&D, or Safety Leadership
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
