Key Requirements
Strong background in Credit, Collections or Accounts Receivable
Experience analysing processes and redesigning workflows
Experience implementing system or reporting enhancements
Experience delivering training and supporting change adoption
Experience with reporting or automation tools (Power BI, collections tools or similar) is highly desirable
